Process of Engagement

Process of Engagement that we utilize at SSG uitilizes a procedure which allows SSG to provide our clients with a method to help accomplish the goals of our clients. And the progression of the development of a coordinated plan is done as follows:

  • A meeting takes place between SSG and the client to determine what the objectives are for each area of service. In this meeting the "soft issues" will be discussed at length to establish those items which are most important to the client.
  • After the objectives meeting takes place, SSG will then collect the information needed to do a full and complete analysis of the situation which will encompass much of the "hard data" to be collected at that time.
  • Once SSG has the opportunity to review both the soft and hard data, SSG will then provide the client with a Value Determination Letter which will outline the scope of the planning which SSG will accomplish on behalf of the client. In addition, the letter will outline the economics of the proposed arrangement. In this manner, the client will determine ahead of time if it is in his best interests to go forward.
  • After a review of the Value Determination Letter takes place, the client then will engage SSG to focus on getting the work done as outlined and SSG will then produce a detailed working document for the type of work which is to be done.
  • The complete planning document will be done in conjunction with the client in order to "tweek' the plan to meet the client's specifications. Once completed, SSG will then be in charge of its implementation.

By focusing on the objectives of the client, and by making a determination ahead of time as to how this engagement will be done, SSG should be able to accomplish the objectives outlined within the parameters of the Value Determination Letter within the time frame alotted.
